Burgundy is the land of fine wine and food.  Charolais beef to the west, Bresse chickens to the east and some of the finest Pinot Noir & Chardonnay in the world.  The Cellar’s beef is from a local farm and is cooked with chestnut mushrooms, shallots, pancetta, carrots, garlic, rosemary and The Cellar’s Conde Pinel red wine.
