Boeuf Bourguignon (GF)

Burgundy is the land of fine wine and food. Charolais beef to the west, Bresse chickens to the east and some of the finest Pinot Noir & Chardonnay in the world.

The Cellar’s beef is from a local farm in the Gordano Valley and is cooked with chestnut mushrooms, shallots, pancetta, carrots, garlic, rosemary, brandy and The Cellar’s choice of red wine.
